Sugar Cookies

Mix all dry ingredients except sugar. Beat the butter and add the sugar. Beat eggs seperately and add almond extract. Then slowly add dry ingredients to the mixture. Roll and cut, then bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Finally, remove and let cool and enjoy!

    Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Gooey Butter Cookies

Beat butter, vanilla, egg, and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in dry cake mix. CHill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly coat cookie sheet with cooking spray. Drop dough by teaspoons in bowl of powdered sugar; roll into balls. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (80oz) cream cheese
  • 1 box cake mix

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift first 3 ingredients together, and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients to creamed mixtures. Then add chocolate chips and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
