Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1 Egg (large)
- 5 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine (softened)
- 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Directions:
- Mix butter (or margarine), brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir butter in and mix well.
- Stir in 3/4 cup walnuts.
- Spread in a greased 8x8 inch dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until edges are lighly brown, at 350°F.
