Ingredients:
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Butter (not Margarine) OR Crisco (shortening)
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Nuts (typically walnuts)
- Top:
- 4 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 14 Ounces Cool Whip
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 Large Lemon Instant Puddings (I like French Vanilla instead)
Directions:
- Mix ingredents for crust (flour, butter or shortening, and crushed nuts).
- Press it into the bottom of the dish.
- Bake in 9x13 inch dish for 20 minutes at 350°F. Cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar.
- Fold in 10 ounces of cool whip.
- Spread mixture (cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip) on top of the crust.
- Beat the pudding and milk together until thick.
- When thick, pour it (pudding and milk) over the crust layer.
- Chill top layer with more cool whip.
