Ingredients:
- Crust/Layers:
- Filling:
- 9 Ounces Cool Whip
- 6 Ounces Instant Pudding (typically French Vanilla)
- 3 Cups Milk
- Top Layer:
- 2 Packages Choco-Bake (or equivalent)
- 1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
- 2 Teaspoons Light Karo
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
- Line a 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. It should use 9 full crackers.
- In a medium bowl, stir together vanilla pudding powder, milk and cool whip.
- Spread half of the pudding filling over the graham layer.
- Place another layer of 9 full graham crackers.
- Spread remaining pudding filling over the middle graham layer.
- Place another layer of 9 full graham crackers. This is the top layer.
- In a small bowl, mix the top layer ingredients for the icing.
- With a spatula, spread the icing over the top graham cracker layer.
